Lobby Refurbishment Project
We’re refreshing the lobby to create a more welcoming, contemporary and functional arrival experience for all tenants and visitors. This refurbishment will transform the space into a vibrant, flexible and amenity‑rich environment designed to support how people work, meet and move through the building.
Key features of the refurbishment include:
- A modernised lobby design with new finishes, lighting, and furnishings that elevate the building’s overall aesthetic.
- Enhanced comfort and amenity, including improved seating zones suitable for short waiting, informal catch‑ups, or quick conversations.
- Upgraded wayfinding and accessibility to create a smoother, more intuitive journey through the space.
- Abundant new planting, bringing added warmth, vibrancy and a sense of calm to the lobby.
- A new coffee shop offering, providing a convenient destination for tenants and visitors.
- New third‑space meeting room and business lounge, designed as flexible, bookable spaces, available exclusively for tenant use.
Works have commenced from late February 2026 including hoarding to allow for construction. Lobby access will remain unchanged during the refurbishment, and lift access will continue as normal throughout the works.
